It's such a great place to work out! The variety of class times is fantastic; KJ is one of the most knowledgeable coaches I've met; he continuously provides advice and feedback on how to perform the workout to reach goals better and prevent injuries. I usually get bored quickly, but never at Boom; every workout is different. Group classes often feel like an individual experience because KJ takes time to talk to you and adjust the exercises based on your fitness level. You should give it a try!!!
