My Aunt lives in a Long Term Care Facility and needed glasses. The process was handled by Boom Optical (Edwin) and I was totally blown away by the timeliness and attention to detail applied to this experience. She and I will be forever grateful and I would not think twice of contacting anyone else if the need arises in the future. Absolutely phenomenal.
Had such a great experience with Boom Optical and the owner Edwin. He visited my dad in LTC who needed a new pair of glasses. He showed compassion and kindness dealing with my dad who has Alzheimer’s and is partial deaf. He spent a lot of time with him until we found the right pair of glasses and got the new ones very fast. He came back to fit the glasses on my dad and made sure they were the perfect fit. Such a great experience and will definatley recommend Boom Optical . Thanks Edwin!
Great experience working with Edwin quick to respond and react to our requests. Excellent in working with my Dad on what he wanted so respectful and understanding thanks Edwin!
Outstanding! The service was excellent and a good selection of frames. They provide a wonderful service for people that are in Long Term Care -- on time, professional and very caring.
Edwin was absolutely wonderful to work with. My dad is in a nursing home, and Edwin went there to help him. He was professional, kind, patient, and treated my dad with genuine respect and care. He made the whole experience easy and stress free for our family. I truly appreciate his compassion and excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Edwin!
