I have been a customer for around 15 years. Great customer service, you talk to an actual person and if you want to, you can go to their place in Bartlesville OK and they will help you out.
Was 5 stars, now zero, if I could. No data at all on iPhone 13. They always use to help, customer service is now the pits! They use to do a reset to help me, now just try to sell more of nothing. Use to always recommend boom mobile, but not anymore. Getting out as soon as possible.
