I have been training with Mema for a number of months. Mema's standards are high, she is very focussed on correct technique which means I feel safe while training. I also have bad knees and Mema always ensures that the training undertaken helps improve this while never recommending anything that adversely effects them. I would not hesitate to recommend Mema to anyone who wants a personal trainer who really knows their stuff and who strives to get the best out of their clients.

Mema is a very dedicated PT instructor. Thru Mema 's help I managed to reach my goals, understand the gym equipment and meal plans to achieve my goals. I loved the outdoor classes with each challenge and also the support from our team members sharing their experiences and encouragement. I would recommend this challenge to anyone who would like to achieve their goals, with dedication, hard work and 100% commitment. Thankyou Mema

I loved the 8 week challenge. It was a great program with lots of structure and lots of support. Mema was absolutely the best coach, super knowledgeable and an amazing motivator.
