Specialties: We offer a community full of people who strive to be happy and healthy, as well as individualized programming to meet everyone's needs and goals. We have CrossFit programming for all fitness levels and Personal training for all fitness levels. We're located in a 5,050 sq. ft newly renovated facility with an athlete warm-up, stretching, and hang-out area. We have a large turf space for sports-specific athletes. We aim to produce a family of honest, considerate, and motivated athletes​!

Love the atmosphere, community and workouts! Such a great crew and very welcoming if you’re in town for a drop in or looking for a new place to call home.

Shane and his staff are great. I would definitely recommend him to anyone regardless of whether they are just starting or are experienced.
The Sonicboom team does a great job making all skill levels and backgrounds feel welcome. The coaches are very professional and the gym is always clean and neat for class.
