The community class with Ash today was great. I really love Boom cycle, always feel like I get a chance to really switch off from the world. I have tried other spin classes around London and Boom is by far my favourite. Thank you!
I go to Ash’s classes, the music is incredible, think Taylor swift, Beyoncé, paramore, and she has so much energy and happiness that the atmosphere is always incredible! You can take them at your own pace. The best classes I’ve been to, I always leave glowing!
LOVE the boom cycle community class on a Sunday with Ash. It’s super welcoming and motivating and perfect for everyone no matter your fitness level. It is super inclusive, great tunes & good times!
The community class with Ashley is amazing. A workout for the body and the face as every tune puts a smile on your face. Great energy and a great atmosphere for everybody in the class.
