Very friendly staff! They helped me with cleaning out my apartment and they did such a thorough job. I highly recommend if you need your place cleaned!
I recently purchased a long abandoned cabin and had Boom come take away several trucks (and trailers) full of unwanted furniture, appliances and general trash. They were always professional and up for whatever I could grown their way, literally. Prices are also great for the amount of trash taken each time. Will be using again in the spring when more outdoor debris needs to be taken away.
Poor customer service experience. Calls ignored and voicemail never returned after initial inquiry. Would have been more professional to be straight forward that you were not interested in proceeding instead of baiting us to call back at a later time then ghosting a potential client.
