I was extremely disappointed with this service, especially given the high cost of the treatment. I specifically chose nanoplastia to avoid the harsh chemicals in keratin, and Nataliya (the owner) assured me it would leave my hair sleek and straight—without the harsh chemicals. At first, it seemed to work—immediately after the treatment, my hair looked smooth and straight, which you can see in my first photo.
