Since initiating my journey of becoming fit and strong, choosing Boom Athletics was the best choice I have made for my health. Sean’s knowledge from nutrition advice to proper form and technique has been instrumental to help build muscle and strength. I strongly recommend to schedule one on one sessions with Sean. All worth it.
Great gym with helpful instructors. The personal trainers are great at leading the workout routines. The martial arts class are fun too. Very knowledgeable coaches.
When I started at Boom, I was looking for help with my bench press. Little did I know the fitness and mental journey I was about to be on. Sean completely transcended my lifestyle. Everything from learning how to eat, stretch, and fight (optional). Here I’ve brought my fitness to a level I didn’t know was possible and have found a new passion for Mixed Martial arts. You get out what you put in, and Sean is an expert at making your efforts work as efficiently as possible towards your goals.
Honestly, this is a great gym. The environment is amazing and Sean is so down to earth and informative. He answers any questions you may have and is always there supporting you. Best gym/personal trainer I have ever had.
