Hopeless. I have asked like 6 times now for this document, each time “I will need to ask the doctor” like okay go and do it? I need these documents ASAP. Also the doctor hung up on me without even saying that he was hanging up and that was the entire appointment apparently. Thank god I have a concession card otherwise these people would’ve made be broke lol
I had an appointment today. My doctor called in sick but the receptionist squeezed me in with the other doctor. The doctor was very helpful and caring. Thank you for a good experience. I will be switching to this practice from now on.

Dr. Mohan was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
[Edit: This client died 6 months later. He had cancer and this doctor he was seeing for 5+ years didn't catch it. Just told him he was out of breath because he needed to lose weight. He had LUNG cancer for years.] Would love to review their service, except for the fact there was none. As a carer for an elderly person, I have a duty to let everyone who is thinking of coming here know what our experience was like. We (my client and I) arrived five minutes early to the appointment.
