Broke my TV, bookcase, and regularly dropped my items while moving. Brought an extra person along who demanded a cash tip. Never got reimbursed for my damaged items. You should look elsewhere for movers in DC.

Their movers are extremely disrespectful to other occupants in the building.

This is bar none the best movers in DC. Took great care of our stuff, crew was on time and packed a 26 ft truck full in 3 hrs. When we arrived to our new house 400 miles later - not a thing had shifted! When we had to reschedule due to emergency surgery they went above and beyond to help reschedule. Great service, can't recommend enough use them and you won't have trouble

We had a great experience with Bookstore Movers! The crew was incredibly efficient, friendly, and quick. They asked questions whenever they were unsure, which I really appreciated, and they were very familiar with both our pickup and drop-off locations. Honestly, the longest part of the move felt like the drive between locations because of traffic. Their pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. They made the whole process easy, and I’d absolutely recommend them!
