Great outcome of final product,,,, but poor communication, poor scheduling, poor at billing. Receptionist seems to be the one who does these jobs and she's not very reliable.... But, after a 5 month delay of waiting to be put on the schedule ( we were forgot about until I threatened to pull my money back 15000$) then being billed incorrectly (2000 over agreed price, had to fight them on it) I give the work 4 stars (the needed to finish some things that shouldn't have been done half way) and everything else 2 stars. I'm so happy about the work done by Booko Brothers from start to finish. We had storm damage on our roof and they took care of everything, including some interior repairs. The workers were very professional and courteous. I am very happy with my roof, especially the great paint job on my kitchen ceiling!
