The person that was sent to do my cleaning was a joke! The only positive thing I can say about her was that she was on time....She spent most of her time on her cell phone walking around with a broom in her hand . She left my bathrooms half cleaned (had to clean the toilet bowls myself). Did not clean my kitchen counters and had to ask her to clean my kitchen floor....Had to ask her to clean my hardwood floors. All in all a very unpleasant experience.
