Called on March 8 and pressed 1 for sales. Call was answered by a non-sales person who did not notify me that he wasn't sales until I had explained just what I was looking for. He said all the sales reps were busy, but someone would call me that day, or the next at the latest. I called again March 9, and same thing happened. Pressed 1 for sales, and got a non sales person. Do yourself a favor and don't use Bookkeeper 360. They are incompetent and overcharge you for everything. An email with a simple yes or no question is returned with a request to set up a $75 per hour phone call and that's the only way they will help you with anything. They never sought to understand our business at all. It took 12 emails for me to get an actual answer to a question when I let them know I didn't want to schedule a call.
