Here’s the deal. If you want your hair braided you need set time aside to book a morning appointment and try to be one of the first customers. This goes for most braiding stylist. Trying to book an appointment in the afternoon is probably one of the worst things that you can do because you don’t know the exact time the stylist will be done. It could go after. It’s a shame that I have to even write this review , but I always give reviews…good and bad . I’ve been coming to this shop for about two years now, faithfully , to get me and my daughter’s hair braided. I will never return . They lost a loyal client . Bookie needs to humble herself . I am always on time or early , while sometimes they are not on time and start much later than the actual appointment time . Terrible customer service, made a appointment 2 times one appointment at 12pm didn’t get waited on till 2:30pm 2nd appointment made 2 weeks b4 the scheduled date once I got there at 9 am my scheduled time someone was in her chair and she tried to tell me I didn’t book , showed her our conversation on my phone which said we confirmed it , however she still say I didn’t!!! Liar that’s what she is and no apology what so ever and tomorrow is Mother’s Day , I don’t call that customer service will never return !!

Will not return! I went and was supposed to get Boho knotless I didn’t get Boho knotless. Bookie didn’t braid my hair someone else did. I was expecting to get my hair braided by Bookie only since she has done my braids before. Bookie has changed she was getting snappy with me because I didn’t get what I asked for. Then charged me more for the other style that I didn’t want. This is the second time something like this has happen with Bookie.
