I absolutely LOVE The Book Drop! I love how each book is curated and not just part of some algorithm trying to get me to buy the next book in someone else's agenda. I've been a subscriber for over 2 years and still, every month, I can't wait to open that sweet package to find out what my next favorite read will be! Such an incredibly easy and convenient service. I texted for the extra $5, submitted the book covers and barcodes, and got a quote in less than 24 hours. Was able to drop off on a Tuesday night and received my money in venmo on Friday afternoon! So helpful to no lug around pounds of books I am done with! Service was super swift, kind, and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Super easy. You text pictures of the cover and ISBN of your book(s), they text you back a quote, then you drop off the books and they venmo you.
Customer service is very bad, they don't respond for anything. When you text them , they will answer you back after 3,4 hours or the next day. They don't explain you how to drop the book, they just send me location site. And today I texed the can I drop it or how I can do it? They can consider that I confused but they don’t care at all. However, they told me, they will pay me 18$ total.
