I have moved in for about 3 weeks now and my experience with Bookbinder so far has been really positive, I enjoy how close it is to everything around the area. In addition, Alyna is very quick on response if I ever need anything at all. Overall, absolutely 110% recommended
Was not able to make an appointment online, system was being weird! Just decided to show up and ask for a tour, Alyna was very sweet and accommodating! She asked me if I could wait a couple minutes as she finished up some work, offered me a seat in the office and there was free coffee which I appreciated! I was looking for an affordable spacious one bedroom, she showed me around and walked at my pace - answering any questions I had and was patient. Wouldn't even offer to show me the community. Door was closed, I asked for a 2 bedroom while my roommate was on video and was shocked when the lady dismissed me just saying there wasn't any 2 beds, didn't even let me in the office, or give me any information whatsoever.Very rude unprofessional staff. The worst place I've visited today.
Scheduled an appointment with someone in the leasing office and let her know that I wasn’t going to be able to move in until March and got the biggest eye roll I’ve ever seen in my life to the point I almost walked out on the apartment tour. I would rather not live in a place that has such hostility over nothing.
I left a review about a year ago while I was still living in this studio apartment. At the time, they often incentivized tenants to leave reviews by offering prizes. Since moving out in July, I’ve taken time to reflect on my experience, and unfortunately, my opinion has changed significantly.
