A couple of weeks ago, my son and I went into Book World. We were purchasing several books and the cashier, Sonja, was rude,disrespectful, and just plane nasty to my son and I. Because of this I refuse to go back to this store. I rather travel to St Cloud, than go back. That is how bad this sales person was.
