Very professional and friendly staff, Dr. Sherbo diagnosed a serious issue during routine examination, a referral to specialist was made immediately, attended the impromptu appointment at Misericordia Eye Clinic, the issue was confirmed and the remedy was immediately administered right there and then. Brilliant expertise and services and just want to share my heart-felt appreciation to all !!
This was a very negative experience overall. Would not recommend. I used to be a patient of Dr. Book's, before his retirement, and things seem to have generally gone downhill since his departure. I asked for a new prescription for contact lenses. They did an extremely poor job with the fitting and they charged me nearly double for the same brand that I could have received from Costco. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other more hospitable, professional optometrists out there. This is not one of them. Avoid.
Good experience overall! Staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating even without an appointment.
