I called first thing when they opened in the morning with a request for an urgent appointment and left a voicemail. Never got a call back.
Not very good communication of changes to charges. It has been 2 years since eye exam and they did not inform of new test that cost extra. Not impressed by the lack of customer service in regards to informing the customer of what to expect and what is new. The city has hundreds of examiners. Moving on.
Called ahead to verify my insurance was accepted at this location, was very specific with the insurance and company I worked for, and was told they absolutely did. Arrived and started looking at glasses, the young lady was friendly but not very knowledgeable, and then after viewing glasses, was told they do not accept my insurance at all. Wasted mine, and thier time. Will not be returning for any reason.
Great service! The staff were extremely helpful and quick to help with my broken glasses. Unbelievable support! Thanks to Dr Sherbo as well for all his help!
This 1-star belongs to the staff who is really helpful and friendly in adjusting my glasses. However, the unprofessional and lack of understanding of a situation from a doctor is really disappointing and distress. I won't go back for another eye exams in this store.
