Terrible customer service -they simply stopped replying to my emails while trying to resolve a complaint. Our apartment was in a construction site and the outdoor area was closed. Avoid!
Fantastic property rental in Nashville. Had house for 10 people just a few miles from downtown. Susie was so helpful with the reservation, making sure we had everything, knew where to go. Second time I have used Book Urban and is my go to company.
We had a great time staying at My Boy Blue! Was very clean, plenty of space for 2 families (4 adults 6 kids) and very close to the pool! The beach was a short walk to the nearest or less than 5 min drive to a beach with bathrooms.
Rented a clean well kept house in Denver. They let us come in early since we had a newborn in tow. No worries. Thanks
Had a wonderful stay in Denver utilizing Book Urban. Great team, any concerns and questions answered almost immediately. Rental was just as described. Shower a little snug for my 6'2" husband but clean and well equipped kitchen. Walking disrance to downtown and across from a park! Would use again!
