Our family has always had great service here. I've been seeing Dr. Ehren Sherbo for over 10 years and he's always been helpful. I've purchased several pairs of glasses and sunglasses in the book optical shop as well and they are so helpful at finding what will look good on you. As well, my glasses recently had a screw fall out and they kindly replaced it for me for free and provided a small screwdriver so I can repair myself if I can't get in store soon. Always great service here!
This was generally a negative experience. Made an appointment with one Ehren Sherbo to which he was late. But perhaps most disconcerting was their dismissive and careless attitude. Wouldn't recommend. Same, if not, worse experience at their Scurfield location.
Shawna from Book optical on St Mary’s was terrific! She helped me hunt down parts for glasses I bought from them some time ago and was so kind and professional. Highly recommend
I was fitted with a pair of orthokeratology lenses, but after wearing them, there was a significant difference in corrected vision between the left and right eyes. The doctor said they would provide a new pair for free, and I was very grateful at the time. However, two months have passed, and the new lenses still haven’t arrived. There was no mention of any time frame.
