Never had a storage unit until last November when I had 1 month to move. Living near Book Now I called and got 1 unit, before the move was done I needed 4 units. I spoke to Tammy and she was great. She helped me figure out what I needed and one by one helped me with each unit. She even kept them close together so I could keep track of them. I never thought I would get through this. If I ever need another unit I will only deal with them and their knowledgeable and thoughtful staff. I highly recommend them and their company. G... read more
