A lot of adult fitness classes I have wanted to participate in where equipment has been used, I have struggled to do comfortably due to my height. I love that boogie bounce trampolines have 3 levels of height allowing me to join in. Would recommend boogie bounce to anyone and any age that wants enjoy fitness as well as having fun

I bought the elite rebounder and I must say it is awesome! It does a fantastic job with cardiovascular fitness yet it is gentle on the joints. Really easy to assemble and pack up. The DVD is great fun, and you can also youtube other trainers to mix it up. Socks are cool and a nice addition. Great purchase and good quality. Highly recommend.
