Do not believe these people they put things in their responses that is not true. They say that we indicated that our stay was great at time of checkout? How could that be when we cut our vacation a day short and left our keys in the drop box because the office was closed. They are basically slumlords in Myrtle Beach. The rentals are in horrible shape with rust and mold on appliances ceilings falling apart and smelling of mold and mildew. Do not rent from these people. I originally was not going to leave a review but felt like it was needed. We arrived in SC after a 7 hour drive around 4pm on Wednesday July 1. We were very excited for a much needed vacation for our family. We picked the keys up and headed to our condo. Ship watch pointe 11 (3rd floor). UPDATE- SINCE BOOE REALTY WANTS TO LIE IN THEIR RESPONSE. NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE WHEN WE DEPARTED A DAY EARLY. WE DROPPED THE KEYS IN THE DROP BOX. NOR DID WE EVER TELL ANYONE AT CHECK OUT WE HAD A GREAT STAY. THE IMAGES WERE SHARED UPON DEPARTURE BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD NO OTHER DECENT UNITS WERE AVAILABLE. ONLY 2 THAT WERE IN WORSE CONDITION.
