Water pouring through your ceiling? Electricity does not work? Booe will leave you for weeks in terrible conditions then the Miller will reply to your reviews telling you its the owner of the properties fault, but Miller if you knowingly continue do business with people who do that to tenants and not mention he verbally abuses your employees(trust me theyd tell me all about it). Worst experience in over 25 years visiting Mrytle Beach. Horrible rental experience, 25 % cancellation fee caused by Covid-19 shutdown. Tried working something out for another time, nothing but bad service and nasty remarks. Never use this company again!
We have owned rental property in Myrtle Beach, SC for close to 20 yrs. Booe Realty has been our rental agency from the beginning. We have been very pleased with their management of our property and their employees. Their staff has been very caring and professional to deal with, starting with the owners,the office staff,the reservationists and the maintenance personnel.
