This review is for Renee Conlon specifically as not all brokers at Bonza are as on the ball as she is. I recently purchased a business with Renee as the broker and I can genuinely say she’s one of the best brokers I’ve had dealings with over the past year that I’ve been looking. She’s very responsive and a great communicator. She keeps the deal moving forward and seemed to really care about both the seller and the buyer’s objectives in order to make the deal work. Being of an older demographic we have a preference for face-to-face interactions, so opting for Bonza to sell our business was a big leap. We found the original, generic bombardment of emails a bit off-putting, and actually had to rewrite the ad for our business & request a photo change, because we felt the Bonza attempt did not truly represent our business. Once we got the deal going the service was great. Up until that point Bonza's system is totally online driven and outside the advertising fairly passive. I ended up selling the business and Renee was a great help working through that part but it took such a loooong time to get to that point.
