I placed an order on April 27 and paid for express shipping on a ring. I immediately received an email confirming my order. On April 29, I emailed Bonyak Jewelry to ask for a shipping update. I did not receive a response until May 1, when I was told the ring was "made to order." At no point during the ordering process did I see that the ring was described as made to order.
