I never leave reviews, however I feel like this needs to be addressed. I went in and got pedicure after I got off work and they got me in very quickly, which was nice!. Everything started out fine but then went downhill. She cut my big toe nails all wonky and not even at all. That was an easy fix and no problem there. She was “getting all my dead skin off my feet” and cut my middle toe up pretty bad, and also cut both of my big toes. I feel like she was aware that she cut me and just brushed over the fact she did. Been coming here for years! Always friendly and great service. Always patient with my kids and niece when I bring them along too
Julie did a wonderful job on my nails, she’s the sweetest. Very sweet and patient. Did exactly what I asked for.
Don’t go here for anything over than Acrylics! The people are okay. But they are really hard to understand! Last time I went I was more than happy with the service. This time was the opposite story. I don’t very often go out of my way to write a review but people need to know that going to the place across the parking lot is the same price but 100 times better sanitation, customer service, and atmosphere.
