Awful experience, customer service was totally uncommunicative. Buyers: Beware, Beware, Beware!! I have personally experienced 4+ years of total frustration, and at the end of the day they did not build the condo I thought I had under contract. Never formally informed me of their reasons and/or rationale for not building the condo except some vague excuse that there were title problems.
