Tony and Bonvec Strength, are truly top-notch. The coaching feels almost 1-on-1, even in a group setting, and the environment Tony has built is special; everyone supports each other, and experienced members genuinely help newcomers. After a broken kneecap and a serious hamstring injury, Tony helped me rebuild strength by tailoring exercises to my limitations. I now feel in the best shape I’ve been in years, and more importantly, living pain-free. Can’t recommend them enough!
