They've had me locked out of my units for a week for a bill that's just due today and now they have charges on my acct for lien advertising sale. I've been trying to get this straightened out since last week. VERY BAD SERVICE!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Units are nice. Can never speak to a person. Moved out of my unit on May 5th. It's July 25th and I have a balance of over $300. Have called about this twice. Only to be told they will escalate it to management with no return call.
Not bad but not loving the price. And you can only pay by phone
I rented the unit and only kept it for one month. I sent multiple contacts to threw threw there website and email canceling. they keep trying to charge me. and say i owe. no one every responds. they are hard to get a hold of. great place but bad service. they also advertised a one month free. never received one month free cause i only used it for a month. Figuring it would have been the second month. if you read this you should look at your email and reply to customers.
