The South Bend Bontrager location is so lucky to have April. She is always kind, patient and her pool knowledge is out of this world! I highly recommend that you visit her to get your pool chemicals and help with knowing what to add.
Very helpful service from lady behind the counter. She will test your water for free and has all the necessary chemicals or additives to get your pool right. Will continue going back.
The only place I trust with my chemicals! The woman at the desk is always friendly and knows me as soon as I walk in. My water stays crystal clear and I never have a single issue! I even drive from La Porte just for this business because they know their stuff and use professional grade chemicals.
Took a few weeks to get them to respond. Then we just wanted them to vacuum our pool they asked for pictures sent pictures and they said our whole system needs to be replaced ....we vacuumed it ourselves after the quote 2500 dollars without even sending a tech out. I was very disappointed I always assumed they were elite in the world of pool service....
