Ok? For a premier builder they have a great sales force, excellent design center and good off-site superintendents. However, the loan officer and finance division of this builder is terrible. Overall experience would be satisfactory.

NIce homes I have worked with Bonterra on a couple of transactions and they have always gone really smooth. I feel they build a very well built home that is priced very fair.
