Unfortunately the workers here are rude and careless. I dropped off a fedex package and the gentleman sitting behind the front desk didn’t get up, he simply asked me if it was fedex, I said yes, and he instructed me to leave the package and he would take care of it. A week and a half later my package is showing that it was never scanned by fedex, I called the drop off location and the person that answered the phone was completely nonchalant about my inquiry. Great service. Expensive, but worth it.
Convenient little spot! I've only ever used them for package drop offs, but I've never had a problem. The guy who is usually there is friendly enough and usually informs me of if the carrier has picked up that day yet or not, which is very helpful.
Horrible experience this afternoon. Came in for a passport photo. Seth, the owner, was with a woman shipping packages. I patiently waited at least 10 minutes behind her. Just as they were finishing up, another customer came in. When the lady left, Seth looked at me, acknowledging I was there for a photo, then turned to the guy who just came in and asked what he needed. Just a book of stamps. He took him right in front of me. The guy also said he needed to send out some some packages and invited me to go ahead of him, saying ... read more
