Similar experience. Had spider mites all over the tree. No matter how hard I tried or how many sprays I used, the plant ultimately died. The only way I could keep it alive was to de-bulk the mites daily, but I couldn’t keep that going forever. Be careful when buying an expensive tree from here
Every part of my experience in this store virtually guarantees repeat business. The staff is patient, knowledgeable and seem to actually care about getting someone what they want and also helps them feel prepared to take care of the tree. They were invested in making sure that I got a tree that I loved but would also thrive in my home. Thank you for putting out that kind of effort
