Had a great time attending a Serissa class with my mother. Though class was very diverse in age and experience, staff was very welcoming and supportive, and found the right approach to everyone. We even had some time to discuss our home bonsai after class. Will come again for BYB. One note is that one of our take home trees got damaged in the bag on the trip home, because there wasn't enough space for it in the bag. such a sweet little shop! we bought two bonsai from the very helpful sophie and matty, who were both knowledgeable and generous with their time
Had an amazing experience at this beautiful store. Get to admire many beautiful bonsais. The people who work there are extremely kind and sweet, specially Sophie. She helped through the process of choosing the best bonsai to give to a special friend, definitely coming back and hopefully more people get to experience it.
