I bought my first bonsai which arrived 8 days ago. It was packed carefully and beautifully Unfortunately leaves began yellowing and dropping within 24 hours. I have written to the company three times in the 8 days to get answers and help on what to do. Being a novice, I am very concerned. Thus far I have received no answers to my queries. The support really sucks!! Beware!
My lush, pretty bonsai is a gift from my generous, thoughtful friend♥️and was delivered on 6/19/24 (ref. First three pictures) It was packed protectively with a wooden Bonsai Starter Kit, the craftsmanship of which is impressive! With the above criteria, I rate it a 5-star. The bonsai came with some sign of damaged leaves. A day later it started loosing leaves. Every day since, it has lost leaves. I reached out to their customer service and was told it is normal for the bonsai to loose ALL its leaves. Had I know I would get a bonsai with no leaves I would have never purchased anything. Buyer beware…you might end up with a bonsai with no leaves.
We received a bonsai tree as a gift, now we needed to report it. We looked through the website and found a pot that met our needs. Order was promptly sent in a safe package. We are delighted with the results and the pot.
Ordered a bonsai for delivery. Even though it listed as shipped, nothing ever arrived. Did not reply to my emails. The word “fraud” “scam” come to mind, but in reality this is just a terrible company and should not be used.
