Fair pricing, and I LOVE that their bonsai pots come with soil, mesh and wire (for free)! I had to reach out to customer service and not only was it easy to do so, they were prompt with their response/resolution and very friendly. 5/5
Beware no shipment recieved although payment taken and no responce to emails or message, reported to BBB and filed fraud claim with card company. Beware
An awesome place if you are looking for bonsai.
Return to growing bonsai using nursery stock. Was needing the correct soil and chose bonsai outlet. After placing order received product sooner than expected and now placed another order for fertilizer I'm sure I will get the same great service. Keep up the great work bonsai outlet!
