Great company bonsai came packaged very securely even tapped it down to the bottom of the box bonsai tree came in a very timely manner and super healthy! The pot in comes in was also very lovely. Will be purchasing more in the future.
I ordered a pan for sifting soil, and the package was delivered to some guy an hour away from me, and thus far they're blaming me, and refusing to correct the issue. They also gave me this stranger's address, and encouraged me to contact him. I'm aghast that they would share personal information like that, and I'm horrified that they have mine. I also don't feel comfortable contacting a stranger.
Fair pricing, and I LOVE that their bonsai pots come with soil, mesh and wire (for free)! I had to reach out to customer service and not only was it easy to do so, they were prompt with their response/resolution and very friendly. 5/5
Beware no shipment recieved although payment taken and no responce to emails or message, reported to BBB and filed fraud claim with card company. Beware
