Great guy with years of experience
I put in an online order and Paul immediately thoughtfully called me and helped me edit my order to best suit my needs. I received one of his bonsai as a gift a few years ago and have now grown my own Chinese elm from seed which was due for a re-pot. I'm really happy with the secure packaging, service and shipping times. I hope to visit one day in person:) God bless!
While I was in Brooklyn, I picked out a beautiful indoor bonsai, and Paul helped me find the perfect one for my environment and ideal aesthetic. The pricing was fair, and he arranged for it to be shipped to Nevada. The packaging was top-notch, and the plant arrived 95% intact—better than I expected. Paul was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. It was a fantastic experience overall.— oh this reminds me, I have to go water my bonsai!
