New to town, went here for the 1st time. I'd say decent. Nena did my nails and she did a wonderful job. Full set. Would recommend.
Clara did dark cherry hombre. These are the best nails I've ever had!!! I highly recommend Clara!!!
Horrible experience with the extremely rude front desk person Cory. Such a bad attitude and even worse sense of judging a situation. Unnecessary proud that he is so friendly with the other customers. Not realizing he needs to keep atleast human level behavior with everyone. All this because the nail salon runs a good business and doesn’t care to lose one customer. I had been going there for 2+ years, not a single day again.
I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and would strongly recommend avoiding it. My daughter and I went in for manicures, and I was seated two seats away from her. During her service, they asked if she wanted a pink base, and when she said no (she did not understand what they meant), instead of offering an alternative or explaining options, they just did nothing—leaving her nails looking unfinished.
