Every time I go, which is every two weeks, I always receive the best service, from the front desk to the amazing nail techs,(Clara and Tim!)It took me a while to find a nail salon I truly loved, but this is it! Best nail salon, Thank you!
Never have I ever experienced someone so rude and pushy to get off the phone and not deal with customers. Trying to charge me $120 without tip for a gel structured with a blood spot design. I have called multiple other nail salons and they will do it for under $100. On top of the nail salon, trying to overcharge me the lady was very ignorant to me. They don't know how to do French and when you go tell them about it the owner had the nerves to say don't do French then and do a regular color like girl bye it's not what u want it's want I want iam paying for it it's not free if it was then it's a different storie.
I am so picky and this place always does it right. They are very friendly, fair-priced, clean, and well staffed. The waits are not long and the amount of services and colors are wonderful. I don't think I've had a bad experience yet and keep coming back because they do a great job at a good price with a relaxing atmosphere with music, videos and tranquility. I'm a very happy, repeat customer.
