I just had an amazing chat on the blower with Faaron from BE nursery. We covered: soil compositions for ficus/jade/pine/maple, substrate substitutes, maintenance timing, and more. This was at 4:30 on a friday arvo, and he's got work tomorrow and the dude was still super helpful and heaps friendly. I read some reviews stating "a lack of service". Don't come here. Poor service, delays and chew you out for a dead plant but then he proceeds to kill the replacement he planted and expects you to drive up again a week later.
