Scheduled an appointment 2 days ago online using her website. Received a confirmation email for the appointment as well as a text reminder yesterday. Drove 30 minutes to my appointment this morning and no one was there. I tried knocking, I called 3 times and left a voicemail. I have heard nothing back. Do NOT book an appointment here.
I 100% hope that anybody planning to buy a Groupon or make an appointment with this location reconsiders. I purchased a Groupon coupon and cannot schedule an appointment. It takes a few days for a response by text message. I have tried calling and no one answer the phone.
I just had my first herbal treatment and it was FABULOUS! From the warm welcome, to the hospitality asking if I would like a refreshment of a large variety of drinks and goodies, the BEAUTIFUL and relaxing decor, to the actual treatment, everything was SUPERB! Thank you so much for everything! I am very critical of my spa treatments and you went Above and Beyond! If anyone is contemplating whether or not to have one of these services, do yourself a favor and get pampered here.
Absolutely loved my facial at Bonsai Beauty! The mini massage was such a great bonus. Super relaxing and my skin feels amazing.
