Bono Plumbing had a quick response time. The plumbers were friendly, made suggestions to improve the plumbing and solved the kitchen sink issues. Thanks!
Great service and customer care. I will be using them for all plumbing issues when they arise. Very quick with backflow testing and filing for irrigation systems as well.
Disappointed. The job was to move shower drain and toilet rough-ins for a basement bath. Once the concrete was removed the toilet drain was found to be connected to other pipes and turned in an unexpected direction. The workers claimed there was no way to move the pipe without tearing out the entire bathroom concrete floor. The only option was to use an offset toilet flange (which would provide a 2 inch offset... the goal was moving the pipe 11 inches).
