Therapist told me to go for a walk. I didn’t do it so she said there wasn’t any reason for me to be there anymore. Said therapy is different than counseling and if I wanted someone to listen to me I’d have to pay for it. She would also be late for appointments and cut the time down quite often. Overall worst experience at a therapist ever!

Don’t call during lunch there busy
My very first appointment I explained that I have major abandonment issues and the next thing they do is abandon me
Counsellors don’t try to contact their patients if they miss an appointment, no reminder an appointment is coming up, they leave it to their “mentally ill” patients. I missed 2 appointments because of work or being busy and now I have to go through another screening process and wait another 3 weeks to talk to someone. Ridiculous.
