Don’t call during lunch there busy
My very first appointment I explained that I have major abandonment issues and the next thing they do is abandon me
Counsellors don’t try to contact their patients if they miss an appointment, no reminder an appointment is coming up, they leave it to their “mentally ill” patients. I missed 2 appointments because of work or being busy and now I have to go through another screening process and wait another 3 weeks to talk to someone. Ridiculous.
