The doctors, nurses and support staff are professional, respectful, caring and operate very efficiently without rushing you out the door. I’ve always had excellent service over the years.
Drove an hour to be told I needed an appointment to be seen. An appointment, for a WALK IN CLINIC. First and last experience. I truly feel sorry for the great population of bonnyville.
Doctors usually running late. There's always a long wait for a walk and if you even get to get in and there's almost always a doctor shortage. If you're looking for a doctor be prepared to wait on the list for a couple years.. I waited almost 3 years 😫
Called to see if there was anything anyone could do to help me with a sunburn and to see if I could get a doctors note. And I could FOR $50 I don’t have that kind of money. Honestly they shouldn’t even be allowed to charge for a doctors note because NOT EVERYONE HAS THE MONEY TO PAY FOR ONE!!!!!!!
For a small town we are lucky to have so many doctors that work hard for us. Dr De Freitas and his nurse were beyond caring. He made my 3 year olds first visit to the doctor so pleasant. I feel like the staff went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
