Got a new GP In my area as I’ve relocated and requested mt files be transferred, they told me to get my new GPs office to send over a request we did this over 2 months ago and still I’m having to reschedule my much needed medical appointments because they need my file. We moved here two years ago from a larger city. And I would like to say all the Doctors nurses and receptionist have all been amazing! I had many issues pain and also mental health All so helpful They saved my life. Every receptionist I dealt with was so kind and understanding. Thankyou so much.
This place had a line up out the door when I got there at 8am when they opened, then they said they were booked fully for walk ins after like 10 minutes. This is crazy. I know its to take away from the emergency but it is stupid. Where are all the Dr's in this town!
Been living in bonnyville for a decade now and I have never had such terrible medical experiences than here in this town. I'm from the east coast with severe economic issues in general let alone in the medical feild and yet bonnyville has definitely been the worst experience I've had to deal with personally. From reception staff being rude, to some Dr's being more concerned about pushing prescriptions and vaccines than actual issues you go in for. Getting an appointment takes weeks to even months with no more walk in service... read more
