What a terrible experience. My mom arrived at 3:00 p.m. and left around 7:00 p.m. because no doctor was able to see her. She was in so much pain that she couldn’t wait any longer and just wanted to go home and lie down. Meanwhile, we saw nurses chatting and having fun while patients were sitting and waiting for hours, many of them clearly in pain. The lack of attention and urgency was extremely disappointing. when I was dehydrated a nurse or student doctor of some sort blew both my veins and I had to go home dehydrated, had my kneecap dislocated, was told they would come back in a few minutes and it took 3 hours to come back to spend one minute wrapping my knee.
My friend was stuck in the hospital for a week because of a kidney infection whixh shouldn’t take that long but they were giving her the wrong antibiotics and didn’t realize it until the 5th day. They constantly neglected her and her needs and basically held her hostage by telling her she would die if she were to leave.
In and out quick and everyone was so nice and friendly
