Very helpful with fixing my older machines. I also liked the notions and tools. They had thick plastic for making durable pattern pieces. Really nice.
Fantastic service! This is the friendliest place I've ever shopped and I just LOVE my machine.
Please be careful when purchasing machines here. They have an all sales final policy. I did buy the wrong machine for my wife at Christmas, but they would not let me return the machine I paid over $1100.00 dollars for. Now we have a PFAFF machine my wife did not want.
