Brad did fantastic job for me. Quick response, professional advice and perfect and honest service. I visit his shop a few times and made one onsite call today as well. He never let me down. I definitely recommend this business.
The best pool shop. Very helpful. Very reasonable compare to other people. Great customer service. Explain everything politely even though I have asked alot of questions they reply nicely. Definitely recommend.
Staff are very knowledgeable and polite
I was recommended by a friend to go and see Brad and his team at Bonnyrigg Pool shop. Driving from near Campbelltown to get there, I'm glad I made the trip. Everywhere else would try and up sell me products as I have no clue. Brad had my pool crystal clean within 24hrs with half the effort other pool shops where telling me to do. You need to wright a book called Pool cleaning for dummies. I would be all over it.
New owners have terrible customer service. No empathy for the issues our pool has. Services multiple times with the same issues. Pointing fingers with blame rather than offer customer solutions. NEVER AGAIN!! Please go elsewhere as there are better options and manners.
