Very unhappy with our experience with one of the receptionists working here. She has been rude to us on a few different occasions, with absolutely no reason. After trying to get an emergency appointment one day, we phoned up and was given a time in the middle of the day. Being self employed, this was not something we were able to do, and her response was bluntly "well that's not my problem" and hung up on us.
