Incredibly dissatisfied! Received an attorney’s letter today stating we wouldn’t pay the balance of our bill. We have had every intention of paying this once the problem with our refrigerator and freezer were fixed. They have never been fixed. They are top of the line Thermador products where we’ve submitted claims through the manufacturer.
