In the nick of time....... So im in Michigan, my fiance is there, lonely and extremely home sick... tho il be there the following Monday i wish i could just give hi m a hug and a kiss today and say it will all be fine... bonnie's is the best. I live in Conn and use Bonnie whenever I need to send flowers to my Mother in Henderson. This is about 6 or 7 times a year. Bonnie never fails to deliver the best flowers at a reasonable price. I highly reccomend her.

not worth the money.... I purchased a previewed bouquet for my mom. It ended up having less roses in it...by half than the picture showed. I ordered from out of state. I called to see what they would do to "rectify" it. Talked to Bonnie herself...she said she did the order by "sprigs"...not the "heads" of the flowers. Last time I checked roses came by one stalk/head. She just talked nonsense, and was really irritated with me over the phone. Poor customer service...PERIOD. Bonnie flowers when you really don't want any. This is the worst service I have ever tried to purchase. Thank God they messed up so much and so often. I ordered a Christmas arrangement on the 21st of Dec. for delivery on the 23rd or 24th. Was told this would be no problem. There right it was no problem, for them they just did not do anything. bonnies floral sucks Bonnies floral is a terrible business and thier customer service is even worse.I ordered some flowers for my 70 year old Mother. My Mother called me and told me Bonnie was rude to her and canceled our order. This upset my mother very much. I tried to call Bonnies Floral for several days and did not get an answer. When I did get in contact with them Bonnie was very rude to me. I asked what was going on down there and she called me an a-hole(only the real word) and hung up on me. Disappointing My son ordered flowers from Bonnies for Mothers Day. I was out of town on Sat. received a call on my cell phone asking when I would be home. I said midafternoon on Sun. I should call when I get home. When I got home there were 2 calls on my phone ranting and raving. I immediatly called back, talked to a man, gave him my information. Ruined Mom's Birthday I called from out of state, I told them I wanted to spend $100 on a large arrangment with vase to have delivered the next day.They called my mom the next morning and when she wasn't home she got a message she would not get her flowers until the next day.When my mom called and gave me the news I called and asked them to make a 2nd attempt.It was still hours before they closed.I was rudely told that they are not in a state like mine and they are too busy.I called at 11am the next day and the flowers still... read more
