I also had an appointment scheduled for months for my daughter and a couple weeks before received a call to cancel the appointment and was told if we decided to keep the appointment the Dr. would not be accepting insurance. Why not keep the appointments you have scheduled with patients that have waited months and any new appointments let the patients know that insurance won't be accepted. Dr Greenwald is my daughter’s doctor. She went above and beyond to map out a detailed plan for her healthcare. She is the most caring, dedicated doctor. We will follow her, wherever she goes!
I had a wonderful experience with Bonnie! I came to her with questions about my hormones and energy. She was thorough and comforting.
I scheduled an appointment with this doctor 1 year ago. Now, 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment, I am being told that she is switching to a pay per visit and this appointment will now cost me $650. She all of a sudden isn’t taken insurance. So now, after waiting all this time, I’m back at square one. I’m extremely upset and how unprofessional this is to do to someone. She didn’t make this decision yesterday so why only give me 2 weeks notice when I scheduled 1 year out?!
She is my daughter and so far she has never steered me wrong - I trust her judgment and medical opinions always -She does her own bloodwork and gets her own answers without relying on other doctors medical records or labs - in my case that is a very good thing because I live upstate New York but all my doctors are in New York City and Westchester… A good reason… They have no idea what they’re doing upstate and quality care is far below grade of good quality healthcare!!!
