The employees at the Danville office are outstanding and I have nothing but good things to say about them. However the billing department located in Lexington I cannot say the same. First off they called asking for my child by name who is 8 years old. When I told her the person she was asking for was a minor and I was her mother she said she didn’t look that far into it.
